- How do I register?
We suggest using your email as your username for easier recall. Make sure your password is at least 6 characters long. You can easily set up your own Godaimis profile by clicking here to register.
- I did not receive the activation email.
After logging in, please click the 'Resend Activation Email' button. Check your inbox, including your spam folder. If you don't receive the email, try adding “no_reply_system@newsletter.Godaimis”com' to your safe senders list and resend it. If you're still having trouble receiving the activation email, please contact us at godaimis@126.com for assistance.
3. I cannot log in to my account.
Check your login info carefully. Make sure your email matches what you used to sign up and that your password is right. Also, make sure your web browser is cool with cookies. If you're still having issues, it might be because of Godaimis doing some maintenance. Just chill for 15 minutes and give it another shot. If it's still not working, shoot us an email at godaimis@126.com and let us know what's up."

If you forgot your password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link on the "sign in" page, and we'll send you an automated email with instructions on how to reset it.
- How can I change my password?
Log in to your account. Find the "Change Password" option in the top left corner and click on it to reset your password.
- Can I change my email address into another one?
We'll be providing this function soon.
- What is the difference between the billing address and the shipping address?
The billing address should match the address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit/debit card. The shipping address is where you want us to deliver the order.

- How do Iuse my coupons?
Ensure the coupon hasn't expired (you'll usually find the expiry date in your account). When you're at the checkout, head to your shopping cart. Enter the full promo code and click "APPLY". You can only use one coupon code per order.
- How can I get more points?
You can earn D Points in several ways: by confirming your email address, writing reviews, uploading images, making purchases, participating in special promotions, and more.
- How do Iuse my points?
You can use D points at the checkout page: First, sign in to your account, and add all the items you want to your shopping cart. Then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". When you go to the“Place Your Order" button, our system will show you how many points you can use for this order. Please note you require a minimum of 50 D points.

- Can Iorder by phone?
Yes, you can visit our mobile website on your smartphone by simply entering https://www.godaimis.com on the search bar of your browse.
- How long can items be stored for in my shopping bag?
The shopping bag linked to your account will keep its contents for up to 30 days. This applies to all customers.
- An item added to my shopping bag was sold out.
Once you've checked out and made your purchase, that's when the item's reserved. But if it's a real hot ticket and there's not much left, it might be gone by the time you reach checkout. Your shopping bag keeps stuff for 30 days, but we can't always promise it'll still be in stock. So, it's best to pay up as soon as you can.
4. Can Icancel/make changes to the order Ijust placed?
You've got a 24-hour window to tweak your order, but only if we haven't started processing it yet. We move pretty fast, so once we're on it, changes or cancellations might not be doable. If you need to make a change or cancel, shoot us an email at godaimis@126.com right away (within that 24-hour window), and make sure to give us all the details.

Once we receive your payment, your order will go through several steps before being“shipped out".
Please refer to the different order statuses and their meanings below:
1 ) Pending: You have attempted to pay us via PayPal e-check. At this time we haven't received your payment yet, please check your Paypal account or bank account balance and confirm whether your funds are sufficient. If the payment has been completed successfully, please send us the transaction ID or payment proof to speed up the process.
2 ) Paid: You have just paid for your order, our server will upload your order shortly and we will start to process your order. Thank you for your patience.
3 ) Processing: Godaimis will typically process orders 3-10 business days upon payment. Your processing order will go through the following phases.
1- Receiving and allocating items to your order.
2- Inspecting the quality of your item.
3- Packing and printing shipping labels.
Once these 3 phases have been done, we will dispatch your order.

4 ) Shipped Out: Your complete order has been sent out and is now on its way to you. Please follow up on the delivery in your account and track the item online.
5 ) Canceled: Your unpaid order is canceled. Please feel free to replace an order anytime.
6 ) Refunded: Your order has been refunded on our side. For Paypal payment, please allow 3-7 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account. For credit card payment, it will take 7-25 working days depending on your credit card merchant.
